Welcome to FlowStateBox (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Online store terms

FlowStateBox provides subscription‑based period boxes within the United States. Product images and descriptions on the site are for general information only and may vary slightly from the products you receive.

By purchasing a subscription from FlowStateBox, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the stated interval (for example, monthly) and that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing information and for updating your account if your payment details change. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout or in your subscription details. Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a delivery scan is recorded by the carrier.
7. Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at hello@flowstatebox.com within a reasonable time frame from delivery, including your order details and photos of the damage. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement for damaged items. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a “reasonable” time frame and whether a product is considered damaged.
Except as described above, all sales are final.
8. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
