Shipping
We currently ship FlowStateBox subscription period boxes only within the United States.
Processing times
Orders and subscription boxes are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [X] business days after billing. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to unexpected delays.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship using standard shipping services. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout or in your subscription details. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Delivered but not received
Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered delivered. FlowStateBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a delivery scan is recorded by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office or carrier.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order or renewing your subscription. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if we need to reship an order due to an incorrect address.
Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items or subscription boxes.
All sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective products as described below.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your box, please contact us at hello@flowstatebox.com within a reasonable time after delivery (for example, within 7 days).
To help us assist you, please include:

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion, offer:

A replacement item or box, or

A refund for the affected item or box
We reserve the right to determine whether a product is considered damaged or defective and what remedy is appropriate.
Subscription cancellations (shipping impact)
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges and shipments. Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the next cycle and do not qualify for a refund for boxes that have already been processed or shipped.
