Thank you for shopping with FlowStateBox. We want you to have a positive experience with our subscription period boxes. Please read this Refund Policy carefully so you know what to expect.
No returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items or subscription boxes.
All sales are final, except in the case of damaged products as described below.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your box, please contact us at hello@flowstatebox.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item in your email. After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion, offer:

A replacement item or box, or

A refund for the affected item or box.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product is considered damaged or defective and what remedy is appropriate.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package has been scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered delivered. FlowStateBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a delivery scan is recorded by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office or carrier.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the next cycle and do not qualify for a refund for the current cycle.
